We are a Georgia-based home health agency specializing in skilled nursing, personal care assistance, and companion/sitter services for medically fragile children. As a state-licensed GAPP provider, we offer high-quality in-home care at no cost to eligible families.
Our team works closely with parents to create customized care plans and flexible schedules that meet each child’s unique medical needs and support their well-being at home.
Our clinical staff includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Support Personnel. We thoughtfully match each caregiver to your child based on medical needs, personality, and shared interests — ensuring care that is both professional and personal.
